The South Bank Undergraduate Participation and Experience in Research (SUPER) scheme is an extensive research volunteering program designed primarily for Human Sciences students at London South Bank University (LSBU). The scheme aims to provide work experience in research and teaching in order to supplement the theoretical content learnt in lectures. Students also have the opportunity to design, write or edit the in-house magazine, ‘The Digestor’s Supplement’.

Currently, the SUPER scheme is working on the South Bank Student Survey (SBSS) which is a study focussing on nutritional and psychological aspects of the LSBU population. This an on-going study that is powered by the students of the SUPER scheme who are trained in recruitment, consultation and data collection.
